Reservations at The Ginger Man

 

If you would like to reserve space at The Ginger Man, we have a couple of options for you and your group.

We can reserve space for a minimum of 25 people, which would get you the front area of the bar. This area consists of three seating areas as well as the space surrounding them. The lounge is also available; if you would like the entire lounge for your group then you will need 40 people minimum Sunday through Wednesday and 50 people minimum for Thursday through Saturday. *Half of the lounge can be reserved for a minimum of 30 people, some restrictions may apply.

There is no charge to reserve the space, but there is a per head minimum drink spend for the amount of people that you book for the space. Sunday through Tuesday, that amount is $15.00 per person, and Wednesday through Saturday, it is $20.00 per person. The basic rules and requirements are directly below

 

  1. If the minimum is not reached, the cardholder agrees to be charged the difference between the amount spent by the party and the minimum charge noted above, plus 18% gratuity on that difference. 
  2. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, the credit card holder will be charged the minimum drink charge quoted.
  3. In the event that half the numbers of guests specified in the reservation have not arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation start time, your group forfeits the right to all reserved space not being actively used, and is still responsible for your minimum.
  4. Any party arriving late will be held to the terms of this contract.
  5. All items ordered by individuals in your party will be put onto one tab until the minimum has been met.
  6. 18% gratuity will be added to the tab until the minimum is met.
  7. All guests must be at least 21 years old with proper ID.
  8. The party tab must be on one tab until the minimum is met, not including tax and gratuity.
  9. Drink minimum does not include cost of food.
  10. All reservations must posses a start and an end time which define the reservation's active time.
